Alrick is the Chief Client Compensation Officer for Asia, where he looks after key client compensation with the agencies in the region.
In addition, Alrick also is the COO for Malaysia and the COO/CFO for Singapore, where he is responsible for all finance, IT and HR including: decision support, financial planning and analysis, strategy alignment, operational and financial plans that focuses and motivates the organisation, giving insight into how value is created and leading major financial and non-financial initiatives.
He has been with TBWA\ for 21 years.
