But ask Natalie and she’ll tell you her primary responsibility is not to manage her team, but to nurture them and grow their capabilities in providing the most disruptive thinking for some of the largest clients in the region. With a nothing-can-knock-her-down approach to life, she loves to uncover new ways to see the world in unexpected yet exhilarating collaborations, that change the way other people see the world too.
She leads and inspire all strategic thinking and creative approaches to strategy for the agency, and with Singapore as the regional HQ for Asia, she provides strategic council for the region as well. In her spare time she is a mum of twins.
