Head of Innovation, TBWA\Asia
Charged with leading how we imagine, crack and craft the evolving innovation future for our Asia Collective, Tessa never has a boring day.
Digital, social, content, technology, experience design and UX/UI are the foundational blocks of her work and team. Her role spans our creative and strategic product, how we work and building out offerings around key areas of innovation. Given her background in Operations, she’s always been determined to create and deliver innovations that actually work and always comes with a clear business transformation and ops plan in hand to work with our agencies and clients.
She’s worked for TBWA in Hong Kong, New York and is currently based in Singapore. From a client perspective she’s been lucky to work on Infiniti, Nissan, Wrangler, McDonald’s, Henkel and more. During her time at TBWA she’s co-led the creation of Next and 10X which are TBWA’s innovation platforms to provoke, create and scale. She’s also been privileged to be involved in evolving Disruption, creating training programs to accelerate innovation and in creating our internal brain “Knowledge”.
For fun, you can typically find her reading sci-fi, gaming, listening to podcasts, building LEGO or binging Netflix.
